Yes. Snow removal and routine maintenance are handled by Telesis, Inc. for safe, clear access.

Is parking covered or open-air?

Do I need a parking tag?
Yes — each renter receives a tag to display while parked.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with 30 days notice before the first of the month.

What happens if my vehicle is damaged or broken into?
Tenants are responsible for their own property; report incidents to Lincoln PD non emergency line.

Are spots guaranteed during Husker football games or downtown events?
Full access parking includes events and Husker Football. Weekday parking does not include Husker Football.

Is daily or hourly parking available?
This lot is reserved for monthly tenants only.

How do I pay?
Download and complete the ACH (Automated Clearing House) form to set up automatic monthly payments.
