Better World Wheat
Our interpretation of Belgian Wheat ale. Pale and cloudy with a refreshing citrus sweetness and mild spice finish. Unlike "Wit" beer Better World contains no orange peel or coriander spice. Pair with grilled fish, creamy pasta dishes and hearty salads.
Brewed with American & European grown barley & wheat, American hops, Chamomile flowers and Celis wit yeast.

Chaco Canyon Honey Gold
We brew this easy-going golden ale with a bit of Nebraska honey for a unique, sweet-yet-dry character, balanced with a crisp hop finish. Pair with fried foods, Southwest cuisine and grilled chicken or fish.

Dark Side Vanilla Porter

Collapsar Oatmeal Stout
Can you escape the pull of our Collapsar Oatmeal Stout? Coffee-like roasted flavors are smoothed by the addition of oatmeal. Like our Irish brethren, we infuse our stout with nitrogen gas for a creamy head that “collapses” when poured.
Brewed with American, Canadian and English grown barley and American hops. Pair with prime-rib, southern BBQ, shellfish and chocolate and vanilla desserts.

Fallen Angel Sweet Stout
A smooth-drinking, late-winter wonder. We’ve crafted this English-styled stout using roasted malts and a healthy dose of lactose sugar to produce a creamy-rich beer with hints of roasted chocolate.

Super Nova Summer Common Beer
Nothing common here, just great beer! “Commonly” consumed in California’s early gold rush days when those old wood kegs would literally burst from the pressure of the beer, leading to the nickname Steam Beer. Super Nova is ruby-gold with a refreshingly smooth sweetness that’s complimented by an All-American crisp hop finish.

Martian Alt-er Ego FallFest
Beer inspired by the red planet returns to our taps every fall. FallFest is a German Alt-style beer with the bold, refreshing, bready sweetness and mild roast character of imported German malts and a remarkably crisp-dry finish.
